Position Overview

Our 12 person team is looking to add two additional Account Managers to help provide world class service representing our office to our amazing loyal customers!  We've experienced substantial growth over the nearly 20 years in business, and we are looking for TWO detail-oriented, high character individuals looking to work within a high performing team.  If you are a motivated self starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, ask for referrals, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and lead by example with both willingness to learn and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to network and participate in community service events and other marketing opportunities.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Ability to learn and leverage technology within the office using proprietary software.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • An understanding and interest in helping people manage of the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Be able to work seamlessly in both an in person and virtual customer environment.
  • High Organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated to achieve and desire for accountability within a team environment.  
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
